Great charts. I was trying to circle or half circle to show trends in a report, but could find or get them to show negative numbers. So slide bar, which was visually less effective then a circle. Must be something about dials.
Glad you liked them, Clive! Trends are probably better shown in line or column charts.
With analysis also I don't know anything about it, how can you help me on that. Thanks
Funnily enough, I'm just building a report and my charts are indeed boring.
😁 not anymore!
My boss would love you!!!
Sounds like if you create these charts your boss will love you too 😉
@@MyOnlineTrainingHubbut my boss confuses when he come around different types of charts. Then it comes my next assignment to make it explained. ☹️
For the series of 30 times the value 1 you can use SEQUENCE(30,,1,0) in stead of =SEQUENCE(30,,0)-SEQUENCE(30,,-1)
Yes, someone else also said that too. I knew when I was writing that formula that there had to be an easier way, but I couldn't see it at the time 😁
The sort cut of shape format is CTRL+SHFT+C >>>> CTRL+SHFT+V
It will generate same format of the first shape or chart
That doesn't work for me 🤔
This is awesome! Unfortunately, I have a few categories with an extra "Product" so I have some blank donuts. :(
Hmmm, you could create a separate segment series for each chart and then factor in a test on the end of SEQUENCE that hides zero if the row in the PivotTable for that series is blank. e.g. *NOT(ISBLANK(B7))
This way the chart will disappear if there's no item in cell B7.
@@MyOnlineTrainingHub Worked perfectly! Thanks so much!
Nice
Thanks 😊
great
Glad you like it!
I am addicted to the "Alt"-key to make sure everything is in line.
Alt snaps to grid, shift keeps things in line when copying or moving.
Please am just a beginner of the Excel, how can I master this skills with no Excel background
You might find this beginner playlist a good place to start: ruclips.net/video/MnGIaqpqLTU/видео.html
2:42 Same as: =SEQUENCE(30,,1,0)
😁 I had a brain fart when I was writing that formula! I kept thinking to myself that it had to be easier than my formula...but it didn't come to me!
@@MyOnlineTrainingHub 🙂
What is your suggestion when there are more categories (products at this case) ?
I'd probably use the column chart thermometer style chart instead of the circles.
💚👍🏻
🙏😊
Thank you for this video!
"Your charts are boring.", what a punchline! 😂😂
Well...actually...that's true 😭😭😭
😁 not any more though!
🤟🤟
🙏

@@MyOnlineTrainingHub
Mam, could you try to upload the video related mentioned above metrics some time in next week.
It will be Great help!
Always wonderfull to see circil graphs. i use them quite a bit in standard deviations .
Now i have a question , On Dashboards as its quite hard create a Plan or example of what you want , and this problem mostly lies in which data should i use or what do i want to be displayed . The steps between raw data and dashboard has a few steps. including having a live connection or link to real time data.
Planning what to include in your dashboard should be driven by the business objectives and KPIs you need to make decisions. I always start with what questions should the dashboard answer.
@@MyOnlineTrainingHub For me as an ships engineer , its like beeing a kid in a candy store . Another question how would one create a multi dashboard view , i got 3 monitors , and i want to show primary information in one and secondary information in the other .
