If I'm not mistaken, almost every character is at least 3 or 4 years older than they look like.
Hu Tao have almost 19, Yan fey has 20, Kaeya and Diluc go for the 27, albedo is 25 while sucrose is 22, Klee is 14, Diona is 13, Razor is 17 and so on
