    man this fatigue is so real and let me tell you chemoBRAIN is real. still dealing with some mental ramifications 2 years later. but overall it will definitely get better in time. rest often, but try and challenge your brain and get some exercise in when you can:)

    I had my 10th session on Friday an I felt ok afterwards. now it's Sunday I feel horrible from sore finger tips and sore toes no energy itchy skin on my hands. I just want to cry. I keep telling myself it will get better.

    I feel like I am wiped out. 💝🙏💝 so just sore and tired. I have cerebral palsy so this is rough I have only had 1 treatment. So far 6 more to go.

    Thank you so much started chemo in February still doing it until June it was easy couple months but gets harder now I do everything you mention about fatigue thanks for this video😊

    What if you are feeling weak and your body I don't know what's going on right now because you were trying to figure out what's going on I thought you were really tired and drained and

    I am extreemly tired from chem treatments once a week for 3 hours. I need energy to clean my house and do other work like yardwork too. What can i take for this chronic fatique? I am not used to lying around doing nothing because of the tiredness and weakness, can anyone give me some advice and what to take, started chemo June 2021 and last treatment will be Nov 2 2021, how can i be so tired for a year almost , theres gotta be something,,any advice will be appreciated 🙋‍♀️

      Your comment really resonates with me 💕. I was born with still's disease and it is treated with chemotherapy. I'm thirty. This is the first youtube video I watched so far. I'm trying to find help on beating the fatigue!!!!! Even with a nutrition license and medical background. I can barely eat some days or lift a spoon to my face. My family just looks at me and says "but you're always sick, what is it now" No one truly understands what this crap feels like. It's more than just being "tired".

      I just finished my 6th chemo treatment and the next day I’m so weak I can barely move . It usually last about 3 to 4 days before I feel normal again .
