It has something wrong about the enzyme. I searched about the thrombin and thromboxane synthase and found that thrombin activate platelet and thromboxane synthase which is in activated platelet makes TXA2.
So, I think thromboxane synthase is not involved in making thrombin.

This is by far the most misleading video with poor concepts! It's vague and unclear. Please study in detail about this and do not let out wrong information. 1minute into it and it says "Dipyridamole is Thromboxane synthase inhibitor and Thromboxane synthase forms thrombin."
As per as my knowledge, from my textbook (KDT for pharmacology) and other RUclips videos (many of them): Dipyridamole inhibits phosphodiesterase enzyme and blocks adenosine uptake. This action potentiates PGI2 (prostacyclin) and inhibits platelet aggregation. And on the other hand, thromboxane synthase results in formation of Thromboxane A2 which helps in platelet aggregation.
You can correct me if I am wrong and kindly provide your SOI.

Dipyridamole is not a thomboxane synthase inhibitors it is PDE INHIBITORS
