I think this is the best guitar cover of Einaudi's Nuvole Bianche. Whenever I listen to the original piano piece, I can't help getting back to this vid. It makes me believe Einaudi is actually more a metalhead than a neo-classical composer. Outstanding arrangement and performance!

Qualche anno fa ascoltavo questo brano tutti i giorni poi...sono passato ad ascoltare lo stesso brano però eseguito "egregiamente" al piano da Dario Principia.
Per fortuna il sistema mi ha proposto di nuovo e con immenso piacere questa bellissima esecuzione alla chitarra.
Però mi ha rattristato tantissimo apprendere della morte di Geir, del quale non ho mai visto il viso e non conoscevo nemmeno il suo nome.

Sick man, i got chills when you slid into that solo. Listning to this makes me realize how much i miss listening to Ludovico, and hearing it played so well makes me want to get back into electric. I used to play the same kind of stuff as you but moved to acoustic fingerstyle about 5 years ago. Might have to dust off the electric this summer! Keep it up man.
