Candice says "Dean" in an episode of Supernatural in season 4. There are flashback scenes in which younger-Dean dates a girl in high-school who is played by Candice.
That was so awesome! Everything meshed so perfectly, it looked like the scenes were meant to go together. It also cracks me up that just the other day I was thinking about how the Winchester boys would react to Mystic Falls and then I saw the episode where the actress who plays Caroline played teenage Dean's girlfriend. Very nicely done!

I have a soft spot for Matt too! The vocal clip is actually Ruby saying Dean's name, althought someone eventually pointed me to a vocal clip of Candice Accola (the girl who plays Caroline) saying Dean's name, which I might later use. Thanks for commenting!
@ImTheCarolineForbes Yes, I remember that one. But older Dean wasn't in any of those scenes, and I wasn't going to download a huge file just so I could hear Candace Accola say "Dean". If I'd already had the file, I would have used it. But I might get it in the future, if I keep making Dean/Caroline vids. Thanks for the suggestion!
