I started going for some story bosses now when I finished all summons no damage. I went straight for the Vincent fight because that is one of my favorite fights in the game. Its probably tied at number 1 together with Rufus and the final boss. It is just so hard for me to pick between those bosses.
I think they did Vincent perfect in this game. Cool design, great boss fight, and of course an amazing voice acting. I didn't really knew who Matt Mercer was before Rebirth. I just heard good things about him and that he was very excited to play Vincent. And my god he freaking nailed it perfectly.
