I found the 318is more reliable and a good engine with 4.10 ratio limited slip different very smooth and responsive ... the 325 was marginally quicker but less reliable obviously nice low down power ... there almost equal on the track but leaning towards the 318is capable of better lap times more agile car and high reving all in all I love them both ... the 6 cylinder sounds beautiful though hard to choose... a good 318is with a chip and manifold and exhaust can make the same bhp as the stock 325is motor it's just missing the distinct 6cylinder howl
I see i see, well i am stuck on what to buy:L its either the 325is or 318is & i want it for my daily driver, the 318 is better on fuel but the sound of that 6 cylinder is worth the less mpg i think, but then again i heard that the 318 engines are more reliable argh hardest decision! Im just worried if i do get the 318is ill regret not getting the bigger engine
Nothing worse than looking for wheels and seeing perfect examples with no info : so here goes - lowered 60mm rear 60mm front - front alloy ET20 offset 16" alloy 205/50 tire stretched on to a 8j rim - rear tyres 215 stretched into 9j rim 16" ET20 offset rear arches require rolling
amazing car, skirts and bumbers look super clean. infact it looks like it just came out of the factory. What's the exact model of the bbs wheels are on the car? did you put wheel spacers on? and one last question. what's the exact colour of the car of the car?
If you read my set up below you will see what tyres size and width rim I used with 60mm springs ... I'm saying 9j will rub it depends on the offset and tyre width height ? Do you have that info ? Or try use my set up ?
Mark Brown im running the standard e30 318s rack... a good upgrade is the z3 rack if you want to reduce the amount of turns of the steering wheel lock to lock hop this helps
Finally a proper E30 that's not ruined with fake plastic shit, great car man!
And there is no dubstep here so that makes it 10/10 for the video

This is the stock one .. vin decoder shows this car was ordered with the mtec2 kit including the mtec rear spoiler ...

Would you recoment 60mm all round im getting 16x9 bbs rs and do they buff the iner arch on full lock?

Hi I'm in live with your car. I have a few picks of my own but I want to know what to do to make mine look like yours. My back bumper is to high.
The car is lowered on 60mm springs and that's the original mtec 2 rear bumper and the car is on 16" alloys
So that's why it sits nice and low

318is for reliability
@Béla Bá my experience the m20 has gasket issues and tappet and cracked block issues ... none of which the m42s alloy dohc engine had
