I never thought in 1000 years that somebody would sound similar to Bruce, but this just absolutely blows my mind I really can’t tell them apart besides a slight accent with some words, very impressive totally deserves more recognition

Man, what I really admire is your accurate pronunciation. When Bruce sings this one, I always hear "Medieval Katmandu", like in the "misheard lyrics" series. In your version, every single letter is recognizable. Great job!
He does great but sometimes I hear Raphael pronounce words wrong and with a slight accent or something. Just slightly off. You may not notice if you aren't 100% native English speaker. I catch a few things every song. But he's mostly like 98% accurate.
Am actually listening to this in Kathmandu and it is definitely medieval 🇳🇵🤘🏼. Heavy Metal unites

@@VROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM well, you're right, though Raphael's English pronunciation is still impressive, especially for a Spanish or Portuguese NS. What I had in mind was more about careful articulation, clear and precise diction. As if you could almost see every syllable written down as he sings.
That's rather rarely the case among those for whom English IS their mother tongue - most of them tend to be a bit careless and Bruce is not an exception (even though he definitely speaks the way well educated Englishmen do).
(all those remarks are based on my intuition and decent ear for languages, as you've noticed I'm not an English native speaker). :)

Parabéns, nem posso dizer que é o melhor cover do Bruce Dickinson porque se fechar os olhos e ouvir o Rapha Mendes cantar qualquer coisa de Iron ou da carreira solo do Bruce, será o próprio Bruce Dickinson cantando, absurdamente perfeito o vocal....impressionante.
Pra mim Bruce Dickinson é o melhor vocalista que já existiu, seja nos encaixes de voz, uso e mistura de técnicas usadas, encaixes de vibrato, voz anasalada, etc... Tem Bruce Dickinson e tem o resto mas o Rapha Mendes é o próprio Bruce, fabuloso o troço. Sinceramente, tenho ouvido as músicas que vcs gravaram ao invés de ouvir as versões originais kkkkk simples assim!

valeu mendes e Fábio sabedoria integra o original sem dúvida identico ao bruce ja tenho 68 anos sou apaixonado por rock metal ja vi varias bandas de grande nome ate que um dia consegui realizar um grande sonho no vacken em 2012 com meu filho valeu cara.

Unfortunately, Bruce can no longer sing the high notes of the chorus, luckily Raphael does.
Correction...bruce can still sings those high notes,the problems is when you play this songs live,is not easy singing n running at the same time .in studio is another story.

A few years ago, he could, but especially after throat cancer, no longer, and he is 61 years old too, it is a shame. I'm a number one Bruce fan, and he still sings great, but ...

@@benchosei9878 He hits the high E note in *many* songs still just fine. He might stretch to it, but he's still capable.
@@benchosei9878 Mac Alva said it's because of him moving a lot at the same time. When recording in a studio it's probably indeed another story. Singing live and singing in studio can be quite different. Bruce's vocal ability has as you say weakened in recent years, but I'm sure he could reach the notes in a studio on a good day even now.
