@@TheBanbanGames this game really is the best! You know if it EVER were to get a sequel, here's my idea for it's plot. It takes place in two separate aftermaths of the two endings! In one (good side) after Spider-man defeats Venom and the symbiote invasion, he now enjoys his life happily and freely and with Mary Jane as well. However, now he has bigger enemies that are now after him such as Kraven, Wraith, Lizard and worst of all "CARNAGE"! In another (the evil side) Spider-man is now the king and ruler of all symbiotes, and conquers ALL of New York (alongside Black Cat as his mistress)! So, now Kingpin and Black Widow, including symbiote Wolverine are to join forces in ending Spider-man *dead or alive* That's kinda it frankly, plus I also have an idea of a cutscene where Spider-man is in a mindscape and he has to fight against himself (either good or evil counterpart that is)
4:46 - Hands down…. My favorite moves are the wall attacks!! Wall crawling was one thing… but just seeing Spider-Man suddenly busting out some breakdancing is just so unique and satisfying to watch!! Here’s me hoping they do something similar in the new Spider-Man 2 game on ps5!

If you want to experience full satisfaction ASMR tendrill explosion and rage hit-effect sound. Go to the border of the map located on the bridges (any bridges sufficient) since what we're looking for is the vehicles. Usually, they'd breakdown 1 hit but vehicles rendered near border of the map is invisible. I had try this long time ago haha, kinda miss this game now. Anyway if you already tried it I'd like to see it if you already uploaded it
they made a good story for Spiderman ps4. good attacks in Web of shadows. they have yet to include both elements in ONE game. I'm sorry. Spideys attacks weren't amazing in PS4. they were all boring. drones, bomb webs and shit. it was relilling too much on tech (like in far from home) instead of like on here: crafty web attacks. shattered dimentions was nice too. the hammer web. picking rocks off the ground with webs.

A simple punch flurry makes his this near invisible and landing 10-20 blows within a few seconds that still look like they hit with a force of a sledgehammer. Also, with a simple backhand can send an enemy flying backward , and a stomp so powerful it cracks the concrete shaking the ground below like an earthquake. even the shockwave itself knocks people off their feet. Yup, Spider-Man Web of shadows, casually, reminding fans that Spider-Man is absolutely terrifying when not pulling his punches. 😂
Well in the Marvel comics, Wolverine of the X-Men can move faster than the eye can see, and Spider-Man is even faster than he is. We just never see that type of speed in live action or the animated media.
I definitely pray that insomniac has gotten great inspiration from this game moving forward when it comes to their combat system in Spider-Man 2 L1 is bassically for the super moves and parrying, and R1 is bassically for the web shooters and gadgets. They mastered those buttons, but they still got two other triggers that need some exploring for their combat system... R2 and L2. Honestly, holding R2 (like holding down L1 for a parry) can be a grab mechanic. I pray to God that insomniac can develop a mechanic that's a great inspiration of the Web-Strike from web of shadows, but it can be a hybrid between the Air Tricks system from miles morales... that can easily be accomplished with the press of R2+Triangle, and it enters us into that mode. R2 + Square can be a "Get Over Here" situation for the Grab Mechanic. But R2 + square and circle? I'll leave that to them because i don't freaking know. L2 can definitely experiment more into peter's combat prowess when it comes to his webs. Insomniac got that potential.

I still fail to master that damn Tendril Rage air attack. I can't use it on ground enemies because he flies upwards and misses the explosion. Can't use it to juggle enemies in the air because they fall out of range before it reaches the second or third flash. The overall range of the attack is really small so placement anywhere that isn't on an enemy's face could lead to you missing the attack. Its sorta useful against air based enemies like Vulturelings and Glider Techs, but there's no way its exclusive for using on only those enemies, right? Otherwise every attack, Red and Black suit, is versatile for use. It's literally that one attack that I'm failing to understand no matter how much I practice.

The explanation is in the video but I will try to help you. 07:04 By pressing Y and quickly X you will execute web crush. 07:12 Y and X with perfect timing instead of web crush will be a Critical Twist. At The exact moment you touch The enemy, press X if you time is correctly, notice that The Spider Will catch The enemy and spin It UP ( This is the X Twist) While It spins The enemy then you have Y B or A Variations after you have pressed X to start The Attack (Animation is different from web crush). Check If you have unlocked the Ability...... About perfect timming you need to use your perception , something individual that cannot be taught. But i explained as much as i could, dont speak english so im Sorry If you didnt understand anything. I Hope i helped you 👍

Perhaps this may change after the new PS5 game but to this day I consider WOS as the greatest Spider-Man game of all time.
