ingredients.
1 1/2 cups of warm milk.
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp yeast
2 eggs
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of salt
490g of wheat flour
1 beaten egg yolk
butter for the mold
sesame. if you like
Preparation.
In the blender add the milk, eggs, salt, oil, yeast, and sugar
and beat for two minutes.
then pour the content into a larger container and add flour in two parts.
mix well like in the video.
grease your mold
and add the mixture. cover it and let it double its size
preheat the oven to 180g. c
Uncover your dough and add the egg yolk, then the sesame seeds.
put to bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 180g. c
take out and enjoy this delight
