Yes. Naanu akki hittu, ragi hittu or rave (fine chiroti rave)...Mooru reethiyalli madthene.
We can mix all these flours plus fine wooji and do also. ...I have mixed jowar flour also with the above three.
If you are making just akki or ragi masala rotti use warm water to mix the dough. If using rave or any of the other flours please use some curd, along with warm water.
You can add a mix of vegetables also and I particularly like to add sabbakki soppu, menthya soppu or nugge soppu along with coriander.
All variations come out very well.
I have not mixed besan so far. Will try that.
