While telling the history u r merging 2 time frames like the after independent things and before independent. There was aziza bai from heeramandi who fight against british and got killed which potray by bibo jaan (Aditi). If we talk about Pakistan's independent so there are toooo many things which is not mention in our books and never taught. As per SLB series it is not showing that they want another country so there is a difference between the person who want britsher free country and who want another country so kindly dont misguid people. Do u know what is the meaning of mirasi. U use this word oftenly without knowing the meaning. It means the person who follow his/her family profession. Because mirasi word come from miras whoch means inheritance first go and read then use the correct word.

Infact Heramandi is drama and every drama and film is full of fantasy. People just looking the Heramandi for entertainment. For the history they can read history books and watch se youtube channels.
Good presentation based on oral information only. The writer is not aware about the history and geography of Hira Mandi and souranding areas during Mughal, Sikh and Colonial period. He is also not aware about the history of dancing girls in Lahore District and legislation made during colonial period in this regard.
All the more, why we are discussing in Pakistan a historical drama made in India with actual historical events. Are all historical dramas fictional, or are some based on real events ? It is true that all historical dramas are not fictional but all historical dramas do have fiction in them.
