      Can you ask the question:
"If Putin announced that the war with Ukraine must end and Russia should pull its troops out of Ukraine, would you support another candidate in the next presidential elections who supported continuing the war and keeping all the territory its annexed?"
      Or
"Would you support the war to continue even if Putin announced that it was in Russia's best interest to seek peace with Ukraine and make concessions, such as giving some or all of the territory back to Ukraine or allowing Ukraine to join NATO?"
I'm really curious about whether the Russians who say they support the war would continue to do so even if Putin and the government were now against it?

I am curious about something as I'm a person with no connections to neither Ukraine nor Russia. Do russians or ukraineans even know why this war is even taking place?
Some people in your videos seem to think the war was "necessary", but what for? What's the historic reason behind this? Even if it's used as a facade.
My country, Romania, has lots of lost territories that are now part of Ukraine, Bulgaria, Hungary, Serbia and the entirety of Moldova which was once fully Romanian territory, but that doesn't make us think of warmongering the neighbouring nations.
Even with the propaganda and the brainwashing, what excuse could be justifiable enough to be thinking positively of war, especially when there is a precedent that brought nothing good (USSR)?

We will hold our politicians responsible to uphold that support or we will replace those politicians very quickly. While we do have some problems here, we do also still have free speech (no one has to be afraid like can be seen in this video), we are waaayyy more democratic than Russia, we don't punish and lock up people for speaking up against the system. And last but not least: We don't randomly invade our neighbouring by now democratic countries just because we're loosing political influence over them, killing tens of thousands of their and even more of our own men, only to then make up a sketchy ass excuse for it.

Even this poll can be considered brainwashing to some extent, because the dude polled people aged 40 to 80, and this generation that grew up during the Cold War, naturally many people in this age support the war. Although this information cannot be considered objective, do you understand that? Imagine there are 100 people in front of you. You asked 10 of them: "Do you like apple juice?" 9 of them answerded no. And the remaining 91 would answer yes. It's exactly the same here: the dude interviewed a very small number of people of a certain age, most of them answered as he possibly planned, and now many viewers of this video now believe that almost all Russians are like that. I have a large circle of friends and only one person from my acquaintances supports the war. I repeat, I have a HUGE social circle. You can draw your own conclusions

If there is propaganda and fake news in EU EVERYWHERE, (and even if there was), then why are we literally being taught EXACTLY about this problem and to be aware of any information that are spread ANYWHERE? :) EU has learned from its past, it has no business to enslaving their people. well said. And everyone ( well those who can think ) understands that a pretext to start a "special military operation" because Ukraine was a military threat is nothing more then a delusional B.S. of an old demented idiot and his goons.
As bad as this sh1tshow is...the good thing to come out of it is that russia has shown its cards and its face. Entire world has seen that its army is NOTHING like what everyone was thinking it was. All that hype is gone and everyone sees that their army is NOT capable to wage a modern conventional war. All the world has seen what are the true intentions of the russian government ( putin really ) and just how far he/they would go to try to "force" Ukraine to submission. All the world has seen the attacks on just pure civilian infrastructure, all the atrocities that russian armies have committed and countless of war crimes.
I hope that this war becomes the end of russian federation as its stand today. NOT the russia as a nation, or its people, but the government.
This sick diseased political structure has run its course and its time for it to end.
When that regime falls, like a heap of garbage that was not put in a bag on time, the support for putin and people around him will evaporate.
Probably there will be an internal struggle inside, a bloody struggle, maybe even a revolution. Hopefully in the process other bastards like putin ( and there are quite a few like him or worse ) eat each other and kill off each other and "self-cleanse" the country from that parasitic ideology,
