That carpark sign relates to civil proceedings. If someone bricked your car: you couldn't sue the police. You could still sue the individual and press criminal charges.

I have a trained dog. She hates pigs but loves bacon! You have been warned!" If that sign covers them, mine should protect my dog and family.
1:45 Not quite right. If it was proven that a constable threw a brick through your car, then you can still charge them with criminal damage. And if another car bumped into yours, you can still claim off their insurer. It's not a get of jail free card. The sign is basically saying that the police (or the company for any other carpark) has no responsibility for keeping your car safe as it's not a secure car park. You won't see these kind of signs where only authorised people could enter.

Lads we've just had off a load of them belgian malinois dog, if anyone's looking for one, they've got pedigree's as long as your arm, father was imported from Russia fully trained as a close protection dog, absolutely fearless, you wont get away from him once he's on you, there's nothing apart from a gun that will stop him, you would have to kill him mum and dad are so brainy they're more like human's, anyway if you want to pick one up on your way home, it me up.

Sergeant Smith, needs to be upgraded to a training sergeant. What a brilliant person, he was. He didn't have any "airs and graces." He was a generally, down to earth, nice guy. He seemed to know exactly what the public are looking for, in their police officers. He had no problem with answering any and all questions, put to him. If any "higher up" police personnel, are watching this. Then you need to get this guy in the job that he seems to be best suited for. Stop the rot at the start...

I think that means if YOU throw a brick at a police officers car and are not detected by the police , then the police will not pay for the damage .
