I really don't want to say this awful truth..But the longer you "Dwell" on the damage done by the Narcissists the longer you will take to heal from the Narcissistic abuse... Please just accept you have been "Used" by this person for "Narcissistic supply"...He gets to live in your head rent-free..He wins..You lose. The person you fell in love with ..NEVER EXISITED. They are professional con artists.
