FI-NUH-LYYYYYY Oh my gosh I'm new to liquid mattes and while my problem has not been dryness, it HAS been making sure i'm applying the same amount evenly over all of my lips so there aren't patches where it's darker than the rest of it. I think this is going to do the trick! Thank you!

Can I use lip scrub instead of lip balm for exfoliation? or it should be lip balm?
You could do either, I feel like using a lip exfoliator gets more of the dead dry skin off your lips better.
