Fresh coconuts are way easier to cut as the fibers are a lot softer than the older age coconuts. With a sharp knife its easy to slice through the fibrous shell.
It is a lengthy process in Thailand,vietname....it is more than enough to cut the tender coconut on top and make a hole to insert straw..no need to peel the whole skin...hence we are going to drink only the water inside😮
To be honest I never understand why people cut all sides of Coconut. I tried one in Brazil, and they just make cuts only to get a hole for putting a strobe for drinking. So all those cuts you see in this YT Short, are useless, just to make a weight of coconut less
