Are you using the overdrive from the golden boy through out the song, or just the boost side? I use the boost side of the pedal always on but haven’t gotten a tone I’m happy with from the overdrive side.

If you haven't touched anything since it came out of the factory, you'll get a very bright sound with a lot of treble. Open the back panel to adjust the presence knob and tone knob. left is the presence, right is the tone knob. I used Golden Boy Overdrive for most parts of this song.
