Tip: For Phase 3 of Mortimer Freeze, when the eyeball shoots, make sure you’re on the top right and stay on the same platform.
Edit: This only works if the eyeball shoots in the same direction the platforms are rotating.
You can use any ex to stall on the far side, don't even have to play as Challice
@DarkCoreX Eh, I found this to be much simpler.
@@HOP805 Crakshot EX is the most reliable since you can parry it. And while not impossible, playing as either of the cups will complicate things since they can’t double jump.
@@ronaldmatos1516 I got all my S ranks with Cuphead and I didn't have any problems with the dlc? The double jump isn't reliable to me because the first initial jump doesn't go as high as the OG characters, so it ends up actually wasting time. Crackshot is actually great tho. Just not fun to use.
@DarkCoreX yeah I'm trying salt Baker on expert without smoke dash, or the chaser/crackshot and the first phase is just a whole step up in difficulty compared to anything else😂 I think chalice is good, I just feel more comfortable playing the OG characters

My hardest S ranks were Mortimer freeze (mostly because of nerves since I was trying to get the S rank achievement for the first time) and Moonshine Mob (mostly due to time... it was the only boss I found necessary to use the charge shot just to get it under time)

Tip: if your playing or s ranking a plane boss use divine relic because it has coffee smoke bomb whetstone and heart ring and you can only switch between two weapons

mrs chalice is pretty op, u get 4 hp with no attack drop, an invincible roll, double jump, and great supers. she’s not super overpowered but she can definitely make things easier
suggestion to beat cala maria standing only at the left side of the screen and having smoke bomb as your charm

Challenge beat cuphead dlc with chaser only also you know you don't have to equip the relic to do the devil and angel boss you just have to buy it
It was the day after or a few days after I beat Mortimer freeze on expert then I tried to s rank Mortimer freeze and I got it first try while getting 2 pink cards on the first phase and I thought justo would be jealous
You can actually tell how many Perry's do you have because a different sound when you Perry something like if you peri 3 times then you will get a party sound to tell you have three Perris

I'm think Ester Winchester is pathetic , I beat her in like 15 minutes easily . And Mooshine mob on my 7 try . the Lady bug I just struggled with then I beat Anteater first try with 4 hp . No cap I beat Mooshine mob , Ester and Howling Aces in the same hour and my first time playing them all 😏😝😊
