the "industrial park" next door is the company that belongs to the owners of our club , the pitch you mentioned IS the training pitch , the away end is due to change to the Bycars Stand
Hamil Road is the away end and the Swindon fans were in the other end because of ticket sales and the highest etendence this season was 12,000 young fan here and you were right where the ultras were.
@@Jsm44_ The swapping of the away end is in a long term plan to be championship ready. Housing visiting supporters at that end will reduce flash points between fans, as higher leagues bring higher numbers of visiting fans the less flash points the lower policing costs.
There used to be a plastic sheep on the grass where you said it looked like a farm. That part is actually the home area. Why it’s segregated I don’t know cos that other but is a home entrance, I believe it might’ve changed now it was laid out over the years. They’ve got big plans to renovate obviously but they’re focusing on that main stand where the boxes are first of all
Cracking video mate. Shame our owners or their son weren't around as they are magical people, believe me, and would have happily given you a guided tour. Probably some grub as well. We've had a lot of work done over the last month or so on different things inside the ground with plenty more to come.
not done much research on the stadium before visiting have you, "doesn't look like a league 1 stadium" it was dubbed "Wembley of the North" when first built and before Wembley and man city's grounds were rebuilt was one of the biggest pitches in the county
Thanks for paying a visit to the vale Ive been following the vale since I was 3 I'm now 35 just turned 😉 I might be wrong but I do believe that port vale have relegated more clubs out of the football league than any other club. I also believe that the vale / stoke derby is the most underrated in the entire country IMO 😀 if you were to give the ground a rating from 10? What?
“I wonder if they’re anything to do with the club” just casually comes across the team training as he walks about 😂

No way that’s really cool tbf! So there swapping the away ends, was wondering why the Swindon fans were in the other end!

Great video, went there in October 2019, the only thing that lacks is the transport, but they’re the only club to beat all 91 other clubs
