Love how that corridor is still themed!! They could have been lazy and made a standard looking tunnel. But they knew this was a route for evacuation. This is the most technically elaborate ride Disney has ever made and I'm still learning to appreciate it more and more!
The theming only goes as far as someone would be able to see if they looked in from the outside. It's just a little deeper than expected because it's a straight-ish line for some distance. But it is notable that there's several vehicles piled up in the corridor. Allegedly, that's because it's full of floor pads for them to recharge their batteries on.
@@UrSammich ive heard theories that the witch was repurposed into redd from pirates of the caribbean or kylo ren on rise but i think redd is more probable because she was added to the ride right after the great movie ride closed and their movements are very similar
Now I understand the layout of the building better. I now realize the elevator Kylo Ren drills a hole in is a false elevator and didn't go anywhere, probably more of just a holding room to wait for other ride vehicles to pass the turrets & Kylo Ren finale scene. I thought it was a real elevator so I thought there were 3 stories. So I thought those ride vehicles going back into the tunnel at the end had another elevator to go up. But they were just on ground floor the whole time, same level as the boarding area.
It worries me a bit you have to restart the computer to release the door... (though I guess maybe there’s a mechanical override - are there any instructions on the belts for what to do in an emergency?)
There’s a manual release key for the belts but if you use it then you have to write down which seat it was and take that vehicle out of service untill maintenance checks it out.
It wouldn't make much of a difference because the park was closed through out 2020 and rise of the resistance was open for like a week until the pandemic started and then months later the park reopens and in bad shape

There’s absolutely nothing in Disney policy that says a guest can’t film on a ride only if it’s for advertising or commercial then they can’t film a ride. He needs to Let all his cast members who don’t say a word out a damn phone know the same rule because us guests that pay thousands a year for this are not gonna do something that’s not even in your policy and you certainly won’t demand it to us. Sick of the entitlement Disney time to loose the rules being pulled out of staffs butt if it’s not in policy your mouth should be shut

Huh, I can kind of see it now. Re-skinned the animatronic to save on time/money. Still wanna know what happened to the A100 Wicked Witch animatronic

once they are needed they become the vehicles that intercept your transport and replace you at the station.

It is still breaking up to this day! It broke with us 2 days ago, I got a refund for the lightning lane. It sucks
