Man, the first few minutes of the show were not good. Like luxury 70s athleisure gone wrong, but the rest of the show was magnificent. Wish I could buy so many of these pieces

I agree. I always thought of Ferragamo as a heritage luxury brand. My mother would wait for sales at Saks Fifth Avenue and buy Ferragamo shoes and handbags. She kept them in excellent condition and I still have them. At least a nod to the classic elegance that Ferragamo was known for would have been appreciated.

Some of the garments were good- tailoring & fabrics at high level. Others were a no no . The trench coats with bells on the hips. Immagine them in a woman/man small/medium size!!! The bell will be down to their knees. Not very flattering!! Same for the" leotard " style garments. Very unflattering unless u r a model/dancer. All in all a good show, a part from the above mention.
Entiendo la idea de ligereza; de complejizar lo simple. Pero creo que estas prendas en la calle no causarían ningún impacto, quizás solo 3 de toda la colección. El juego con las formas y siluetas que tiene es bastante aburrido. No es nada nuevo, ni innovador y lamentablemente, poco inspirador
There are things that are very good, there are things that are correct, and there are some things that...over my dead body. No matter how much they try to convince me that it is nice to dress a man in ultra-short shorts, knee-high socks, shoes for rocky beaches and...no, no and of course not.
There doesn't seem to be any kind of overall theme to the show but that shouldn't matter if there are some individual looks that really stand out. I'm afraid, though, that, for me, there weren't any here in this collection. And those drop-waisted raincoats are going to be really unforgiving on any but the very tallest customer.
Ferragamo is getting lost in the shuffle. The clothes aren’t particularly interesting nor are the bags. If you’re already spending the money, why not just go to Bottega or Loewe or just about any of the other brands that are making clothes like this. There’s not a whole lot that makes these collection worth looking at more than once.
