This is 4th & last in a series of 4 videos . This was shot in the 3rd & the last hr, of the basundi cooking. It took some 2.50 to three hours approx. It attained a pinkish hue, colour shade, supposed to be one of the best.
Taste also came out very good, i. e. without burning. The spillage also was very little, lesser than a small spoon, as can be seen.
In this video i have shown an easy scientific trick to avoid spilling, Put a big spoon, stirror, with the end bowl inverted fashion, convex side up, which catches stream of bubbles very well, arrests its force, and prevents spilling , even in prolonged heating , upto 3 hours here. So, set the induction timer to 3 hours, watts to 300 , put big spoon in it in above fashion in the basundi pot, & go to watch a 3 - 4 hr, tv movie or program without botheration ! well, try it , 2 - 4 times !
