I feel a deep sadness everytime I look at him. If he had received the love, attention and help he needed when he was a child then his life would have been very different. I knew RR in person. Visited him in Prison in San Quentin when he was on death row, talked to him on the phone and was pen pals with him for a few years. He used to send me poems and drawings. He was not innocent, but he did not do all that they said he did. He was beautiful. He's not a horrible person.

God is God and most exalted, he doesn't think like humans and has infinite wisdom. God will be fair and just and not only use his worst moments against him, but measure him as the human he is, inherently. Richard is a person we all love and we mourn the person who he could've been, had he had the chance (which he didn't!) . The world broke him too fast and too much. That doesn't take away from our love or God's love. Countless times he wished for just that, and to be rid of this world, far and behind him. All I want is for him to be at peace, at last. Nobody can hurt him anymore. And for that alone I'm eternally grateful. Hopefully Richard can be redeemed somehow, because he truly is a valuable and beloved person. God is God and most exalted, he doesn't think like humans and has infinite wisdom. God will be fair and just and not only use his worst moments against him, but measure him as the human he is, inherently. Richard is a person we all love and we mourn the person who he could've been, had he had the chance (which he didn't!) . The world broke him too fast and too much. That doesn't take away from our love or God's love. Countless times he wished for just that, and to be rid of this world, far and behind him. All I want is for him to be at peace, at last. Nobody can hurt him anymore. And for that alone I'm eternally grateful.
Hopefully Richard can be redeemed somehow, because he truly is a valuable and beloved person. A world/universe without him in it, would still lack a fundamental element to many of us. So hopefully he'll have a redemption and maybe one day we can even meet in more favourable circumstances... Maybe not in this fleeting realm, but with Gods will, all is possible. For now it's good that Richard is away from people and this earth. The latter hasn't been kind to him and I only hope he's at peace and God can help him in any way, shape or form, wherever he is.
