He needs time to train them to get his ideas across properly, he's had 4 training sessions with them. With the relentless schedule he's using games as training sessions, experimenting what works with each individual & what doesnt, plus injuries to keep in mind. With more training sessions the players will gradually improve, adapt & maybe get an idea of the best starting 11.
