Husband and I lived in Edmonton, Alberta for 20 years! We got sick of the brutal winters, sold our house 🏠 in Edmonton and currently renting in BC. Husband used to shovel snow ❄️ 1 hour daily after being exhausted from work and in -45 we couldn't feel heating in car. For us the winters (6-7 months) was too harsh and we couldn't handle it. Husband's pay is higher in B.C too. If possible, fly to Edmonton for the weekend and see what kind of vibes you get, can you handle the ice and snow and cold? Post a Part 2 video on this tomorrow. What are your guy's top priority? Cheap Real Estate in Edmonton or higher pay in Ontario but expensive real estate? Keep up the great work Gursahib Ji and Jasmine Ji ❤
Many congratulations, job offer is a moment of celebration, life is all about change and change is the only constant in life. My heart feels that you should consider the offer. Rest is your and Jasmine’s decision. May God Bless you both.
Move south....why go further north. Check with your company, I know a person who moved to Burlington from Arizona office, when he had visa issues in US. It was temporary move just for a year till his H1b was sorted, then he decided to stay in Canada till he got Canadian citizenship, after five years he moved back to US on TN.
@@ritika80 Dont have to, US and Canada have tax pact, which avoids double taxation. Any tax you pay in US, you can claim as credit in Canada and vice versa.
Gursahib and Jasmin PLEASE DONT move to Alberta . i lived there for a couple of years and could not stand the harsh winters i have seen -45C it is brutal and you will spend a lot of time clearing snow .. not much of our community is there .right now you are in a good place near to Toronto . you can come here for any big events in our community and international events..and you have a good job already .. believe me alberta and calgary are very good and beautiful places in the world but only for holidays. not for leaving .. keep up the good work . with best wishes from Toronto ❤💚
you need an honest answer ~ Talking about the winter the fact that people are kept saying that it’s too cold ~ it doesn’t affect at all if you have a car over here because temperature goes to -40 only 1 week in January rest yoi can bear it because most of the time either you are at office or home or in the car Alberta is good if you like meeting people from other communities like philipines or canadia but I had done my studies in Ontario & now I am in alberta because of my PR reasons but Alberta is no comparison to ONTARIO, Usually when I was in Ontario I kept complaining about the fact that there are so many Indians around me and doesn’t feel like I am in Canada but now I keep missing that thing because you barely see your community and ones that are already settled like we called them “Yakke” they are not much friendly as people of Ontario are so my suggestion is don’t move,
if increment nai hai salary me then i would suggest a NO not because i don't want you guys at the same level but koi plus point nai hai na to suport the YES as you elucidate the whole pros and cons toh shyd yahin pe sahi hai as jasmin didi also have a job here plus you said waha itni companies nai hai apke field ki although i pray to god that apko life me or aachi success mile and tbh i am also diecy but actually me advantages nai hai itne second case: yes ek chij yeh bhi hai that waha jane par you guys will explore a new place and naye challenges aaenge as apne kaha 30-34 saal ki life hai toh yup But opportunities toh or bhi aa jaengi is se aachi
I dont think at lower salary you should move. Jasmine gee ki job and your brother is also linked with your decision to move, there is much more at stake and with lower offer the tradeoff does not sound enticing. Agay apko jaise behtar lagay :) good luck 👍🏻
If you are not getting any raise in either salary or position, what’s the use to switch. Would have some motivation atleast right for move. Would not recommend.
Don't change your place and job because your wife job is also in Kitchener, Its not an easy task to change but still it's up to you, so as feel better then do as you want......Stay blessed both of you....
Congratulations on getting a new offer when market is so rough. Could you please share your experience as to how you applied, how was the interview experience etc. TIA & best wishes for the future!
It’s only my suggestion : Ontario 👍 • Most people move there due to pr, but u guys r already pr holders. • In Alberta u have to start building relationships from scratch • There temperature declines to -40 🥶, u might survive but in future if u want ur parents to live with u then it would be hurdle • Compared to Kitchener , there crime rate is also high • City is small so growth would be stagnant • Even a RUclipsr with whom u made a video, she studied in Alberta but later moved to Ontario 😅 (Iykyk). • it is totally acceptable that there living cost is less, but as u told ur salary also would be less. Then in the end u would be hving same savings of bucks . Then what’s the motive. Tip : u can ask that RUclipsr for more 😅 #STC
Don't you ever dare to go to Edmonton, my genuine advice to you guys. I lived there for 7 years..edmonton is so boring you don't have much to do especially after going from ontario you won't like it. Don't think of saving money, think of making money that's how u grow, nobody get ever rich by saving. Secondly, real estate is cheap, but at the same time u can't make much from real estate as compared to ontario or B.C. if your intention is just to live a peaceful life and do jobs, then u can go there, but if u want to grow, that's not the place. Going to Calgary is little better, but no other province can beat the versatility of ontario. I moved to ontario with my family in 2018.

You are right Gursahib. Just enjoy the weather.
We can't do much to change the weather. So no need to be frustrated and sad about it 😊
I have spent 3 years in Alberta. I don’t prefer living there as I didn’t like the environment over there. It seems like a different world.
Many congratulations, job offer is a moment of celebration, life is all about change and change is the only constant in life. My heart feels that you should consider the offer. Rest is your and Jasmine’s decision. May God Bless you both.
Khane me Calaroies count karna shuru kar do sir ji. dekho kaise fatafat Fat loss dikhne lagega. each calorie counts
I work in IT in Calgary and its worth moving to calgary than Edmonton coz ITis better on Calgary.

Then you pay taxes in both the countries??

Hi, you shouldn’t switch right now as per my opinion as disadvantages are more than advantages
if increment nai hai salary me then i would suggest a NO
not because i don't want you guys at the same level but koi plus point nai hai na to suport the YES
as you elucidate the whole pros and cons toh shyd yahin pe sahi hai
as jasmin didi also have a job here plus you said waha itni companies nai hai apke field ki
although i pray to god that apko life me or aachi success mile and
tbh i am also diecy but actually me advantages nai hai itne
second case: yes ek chij yeh bhi hai that waha jane par you guys will explore a new place and naye challenges aaenge as apne kaha 30-34 saal ki life hai toh yup
But opportunities toh or bhi aa jaengi is se aachi
I am from Bangladesh and I think you should move to Edmonton if you're willing to buy a new house there and settle in Canada.
jasmine, your skin is really good, plz share your skincare routine, i know genetics plays a vital role but still i would glad to know.

Don't change your place and job because your wife job is also in Kitchener, Its not an easy task to change but still it's up to you, so as feel better then do as you want......Stay blessed both of you....
If housing is a priority I would suggest you to move to Calgary rather than Edmonton otherwise Kitchener is better.
