Also as someone who's done dmt more times than I can remember there's different ways to do it, you can use a meth pipe(glass d) but I prefer the sandwich method in a bowl, dmt, herb, dmt, herb, dmt, herb. Just use a regular bic, making sure the deems doesnt touch direct flame, hit that sucker a couple times and hold it in for at least 15 seconds, longer if possible each hit. Pure silence/darkness is the way to go if you're trying to see the elves but I'll typically throw on some tunes and just get a nice feeling visuals. Only go there on special occasions these days.
