Could you spend a night out on the water? ⛵️
Back from the most wonderful experience of exploring the Bras d’Or Lakes with @sailingcbiinc - tinyurl.com/y3... and still can’t believe we got to sleep in a boat!! Seeing the wide waters of our home and inland sea from this perspective is a memory we will always hold dear. Lots of photos to sort through and stories to tell, but for now here’s a video of us sailing out from Baddeck on one of the calmest days they have had so far this year. Just look at that reflection! 😍 Weather was favouring us as a looming thunderstorm stayed away and the melting heat wave temperatures made for perfect swimming conditions.
Thank you Paul, Tracy, Keith and family for being the best hosts and not making fun of our lack of boat knowledge 😂 if you’re looking for a truly unique experience on one of the most beautiful areas of water in the world then look no further than these folks! They’ll be a highlight to your trip
