Takes about 4 - what appears to be 2200 mAH batteries, which are already used, and adds in 3 of 1500 mAH batteres, and it somehow becomes magically 24500 mAH.. He does try to be careful and hide the battery information.. But heck, why not call it a 46,200 mAH battery pack or better yet, a 69,300 mAH battery pack.. Let's not factor in that all of the batteries are used, so probably a bit less in capacity than the rating..

Is it safe? Dont you need some sort of heat ventilation or something, or maybe like plate that stops the batteries if something goes wrong?

Usually load is 1 amp on all portable batteries and phones in case if a 1 amp portable battery or charger would gone on device with 2 amps load. I am charging phone battery (2 amps) directly from inside the phone with 2 amps charger, in less then one hour battery been fully charged and properly works.

This could really charge your phone but it is super duper slow charging because before he said "after five minutes" the clock was 3pm but after "five minutes" as he said the damn clock was around 5pm and the charging percentage was from around 70 % to 80%

If you connect those batteries in Series then it could change the mAh
But in pallaral all the mAh remains same and the circuit matter if the circuit is 1A output it will give 1A output even you use 1500/18000mAh input.
It's the opposite!when you connect the batteries in series the voltage changes and the MAh remain's the same,when connected in parallel the MAh change's but the voltage remain the same..

Never do it this way. With all the cells paralel only one has to fail to literally blow the rest up.
Charging this is also very dangerous because all the batteries are charged as one without taking difference in account.

If you use 7 batteries, then the capacity is only 18000mAh
its 3.5k x 7, not sure what calculations you made
@@ChamasGemeasAndrePetya Well, 3 of the batteries are easily identifiable as 1500 mah - as it says on the outside of the wrapper.. That's probably when the batteries were new. The others, best guess, from internet search- says that it's a 2200 mAH battery- when new. Add it up, and it's a bit short .. If you believe that it was 3500 mah, for the remaining batteries,, the batteries are still used, so probably not full capacity , but it would be maybe 18,000 mAH.

thank you. your power bank is only 3.7v but my charger 5v, it mean need 5v 3.7v not enough for charging phone
the board has a booster on it to boost the 3.7v to 5.0v.... ALL portable power banks are 3.7v... they have boost converters in them pay attention ....

Because, I am thinking, it's fine to charge battery on full speed. If charge a battery on video with 1 amp load "gates" a battery will be fully charged in ~24 hours but with a 5 volts and minimum 25 ampers charger, charging directly to battery should be fully charged in one hour.

I don't think this design fill or discharge the batteries equally. Those batteries closest to charging controller are used first, it becomes dangerous with long use and may even explode... needs something to regulate the electricity evenly along all batteries.
