    Its made in the pizza owen.
    Its custom to spice it with white peppar when served.

    I tried making gram flat bread in a pan, and it wasn't so good. This method with the oil in a liquid mix, (and fleur the sel) might work better. Is it like hummus?

      @@therespectedlex9794 cooked chickpea flour has a mild nutty, buttery flavour and neutral enough to go with a variety of other flavours.
