    Is it correct to say that, depending on the passage and context, repentance *always* speaks of a change of mind, *sometimes* with or without expectation for a change of behavior?

      Yes. The context determines who is to change their mind about what. For example, after one is saved by grace through faith in Christ alone, they may need to change their mind about the false teaching of evolution as I needed to. This was not an issue of behavior but of belief. The fruit of that change of perspective did have several ramifications in time on how I viewed other things. But the issue was not change of behavior but change of belief. Thank you.
