My e3 like that after play in waterpark. While the restart is on and on, i press two button until it appear like your screen. The first one it appear 'restarr bootloader' in red. I press it. Then it appear like your screen in green i press start..then after that the ticwatch logo appear then wear os logo appear. This comment i write after the screen already appear normally. So relieve because my warranty finish already.
@@Alex-und-Flux yeah. I play at the waterpark not even go beyond 1M. So yeah its not water damaged i think but i just do the same method that u show in your video and it works for my e3

you have a water damadge. as far as i know there is no solution, i got mine replaced
@@Alex-und-Flux e3 is waterproof. I already fix it by pressing restart bootloader that appear in red. Now its working fine like usual
