Damn that battle against those 2 vassals was intense. Very well played, I think you being able to kill so many high level enemy units tipped the scales in your favor
I did the Ravernstern Claimant and after I put her on the throne I went off and made my own kingdom after I defeated her, I actually kept her as a vassal.
@@MusMasi is that possible? she hated me so much she never showed up again even though i left Ravenstern in my control so i could one day grant it to her...but none of the monarchs stick around
Those cheaper boots being 'better' is vanilla warband pricing at work. The cheap pair you ended up buying required 15str, the more expensive bit slightly inferior pair required only 12str. The game factors this into prices, lower requirements adds 'value', and those pieces are very handy when Gearing companions not built for str
i watched you lead a army to those people to be murdered ... and then leave them high and dry while saying you can't believe the others fleed lol love the videos
Good series Reformist. What your companions concerning: I think i can advise your the following group without many conflicts: - Diev, - Sigismund, - Leslie, - Kaverra, - Lethaldiran, - Julia, - Alyssa, - Sir Alistair. - Ansen, - Sir Rayne. Dont forget to build up good relations with the Noldor. Then you can attend tournaments of Noldor at their castle Elacrai (only open at the first 3 or 4 days of each month) you can win here every second or third tournament a qualis gem and in the castle you can get training from Vendethiel for faster upgrading your fighting skills/proficiency rises.
I've done the claimant route once by replacing King Gregory with Madame Ursula for Ravenstern. If you join a claimant you'll basically be their right-hand man and can essentially be a permanent marshal. IMO, it's a good idea to have strong positive relations with a lot of lords of that faction because it makes it easier to have them defect.
I did that too, then after I put her on the throne I started my own kingdom and made her a vassal, basically she is a client state to my empire 🤣🤣 I even gave her Ravenstern as her fief.
If you get a blacksmith in your hideout you start a quest for getting the best horse in the game with an insane amount of armor. However I think it requires 9 in riding to be able to use. Edit: he can also remove the crude modifier from your armor.
I for one would love to see you do a custom knighthood order. You can do that independent or by joining a kingdom, you just need at least a castle fief.
Potion of Janus gives 2 intelligence which also gives 2 skill points to be used which is good for filling in specialities with regards to your melee and looting skills that you had talked about in previous episodes
I'd rather gain 6 stat points with the other potion, instead of gaining 2 stat points with janus potion. Upgrade just enough of the other stats in early game to be able to equip halfway decent armor and weapons, then only upgrade intel when leveling up to gain 2 perk points. Makes for a very capable character midgame, and very OP character late game(all stats, all perks, and weapon skills maxed).
Looking real dapper now, king. It's a little boring but when I played PoP, I ended up only dumping leveled points into int with the idea of bringing all the other stats up via potions and using the excess skill points earned from int to round my character out.
Day Eleven of asking the Reformist when establishing a kingdom he names it: The Reformed Government of Pendor. Daily tip: do claiment quests when you saved alot of capital

Join each faction as a merc, and create a bunch of border gore before you create your own faction. Gives you a good cushion for other realms to go to war with each other before focusing on you.
You should never autoresolve against the Noldor, iirc they made it so Noldor are 7 times stronger if you autoresolve, so you are basically guaranteed to lose
You can autoresolve against Noldor with a strong well equipped CKO, but yeah 99% of the time you don't want to do that unless you vastly out number them.
I don't like the netherworld charger as its super slow and clumsy, not worth it imho, I like the horse you get from the hideout quest, or a noldor horse.
Reformist: I can’t believe duke brennus would just abandon his men like that what a horrible person Also reformist: * lures in massive army to sarleon troops >:)*
Damn that battle against those 2 vassals was intense. Very well played, I think you being able to kill so many high level enemy units tipped the scales in your favor
joining a claimant is just becoming their vassal essentially. creating your own faction is still the way to go if you want that control
You can be permanent marshall and they listen to all your suggestions I think.
You do all the work of starting fresh, to get the privilege of being a vassal.. 😅

22:00 The soundtrack and game sounds becoming louder in intense moments makes the battles so much more immersive. Love the editing :)
You had me laughing hard when you said the Kingdom of Sarleon took a huge hit because of you. Love the series, love the vid, keep em coming! :)

i love this trip down memory lane :) love the content bro!

I think he can remove the bad modifiers from weapons as well.
Best horse is either the demon charger or the noldor spirit horse
always release noldar prisoners one at at time, you get more relationship gain.

Epic battle! Good thing there was no cobra warrior around :D

I think Barney would appreciate some new socks xd

Pendor is the best mod for warband
I did the Ravernstern Claimant and after I put her on the throne I went off and made my own kingdom after I defeated her, I actually kept her as a vassal.
reformist is the goat
Thank you for saying so! :)
i thought your mic got disconnected through that battle, but you were focused haha

great way to build relation via releasing them or helping them in battle as welll.
Hello, how do you get the ability to get two skill points? And is it only for Pendor?
Skill points are awarded per level and per point placed in the INT attribute. It is like that in the base game as well.
iirc you can get a good horse from a blacksmith in your hideout
You should never autoresolve against the Noldor, iirc they made it so Noldor are 7 times stronger if you autoresolve, so you are basically guaranteed to lose
he doesnt have any units that use blunt weaponry and neither does he so auto resolving is the only way to ensure he gets lots of prisoners.
You can autoresolve against Noldor with a strong well equipped CKO, but yeah 99% of the time you don't want to do that unless you vastly out number them.
Do you need to say alive to take a boss prisoner?
You gave Julia a bow?
Huh, I always have her go the crossbow route
i made her a bow horse archer
Get the blacksmith in your hideout to fix that armor.
I love it reformer. Maybe a faster horse though.
Yes more pendor!
You can make Ansen a vassal and then later join a faction, he will join the faction.
you can repair armor for free at the hideout blacksmith
i have question does vassals titles make difference some are called barons some other names
game mechanics no, though some might start with bettr stats, usually the older more experienced vassals and the ruler,
I don't like the netherworld charger as its super slow and clumsy, not worth it imho, I like the horse you get from the hideout quest, or a noldor horse.
Reformist: I can’t believe duke brennus would just abandon his men like that what a horrible person

I haven't played in a couple of years and I still remember duke Brennus horrible vassal.
