Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse isn’t a Disney film. It was made by and belongs to Sony and doesn’t fall under the Disney umbrella at all. (Sony has had the film rights for Spider-Man since 1999 and keeps them as long as they make a movie every 5 years or so. The character appearing in the MCU movies was allowed because of negotiations between Sony and Marvel.)
