It wasn’t really that cold and I didn’t give any special attention during this time. There some things you can do though. If it’s really, really cold, the film can become extremely brittle and easy to break. So it’s best to avoid reloading in very cold temperatures. It’s also best to gradually bring the cameras temperature back to normal by storing it in a bag, or a garage if you have one. The main issue is temps changing to quickly. I have also read that some people put their gear in plastic bags to combat this issue. The most important thing is to advance and rewind the film slowly in cold temps, which I sometimes forget to do! There may be more tips you can find on the internet somewhere, hope it helps.
Thanks for the kind words! As we’re in Wales the Welsh language is used on signs, so what you’re seeing is both the Welsh ‘Parc Brecon’ and the English ‘Brecon Park’. I do enjoy the way you said Parc Park though.
I shot at 200 ISO, occasionally over/under exposuring when I thought it was required. I was using the AE-1p light meter which worked pretty well. I do need to invest in a proper light meter though!
Loved all these images, man! (I'm glad I carried on watching after that first one!). Like you it was my first time shooting film in the snow last week, but here in Bridgend we didn't get any of that cracking sun and blue skies like you in Newport - just pure grey and murky :(
Thank you Chris. Very kind indeed! I can confirm that the sun was as short lived as ever so don't feel too hard done by. Newport has been grey and murky ever since..

Love the footage Matt. My favorite was 00:30 also.
Thank you Jason! Has to be that one, the light was so tasty.
I have a question, is there any special care you need to take due to the camera being cold/warming up once you get back inside?

Love your style of vlog and very funny narration, subscribed! Btw, what’s up with the Parc Park being so amazing they named it park twice?

I like that one too, the backlighting is lovely. I think it’s shows the potential that Kodak Gold has.
Would you say you mostly shot at box speed or ISO 100? Or whatever you shot at.

Thanks Gavin. I am happy with a couple of those shots. I need to shoot more and improve though, I’m still relatively new to film!
