Music Producer here, allow me to simplify the nature behind "8D" audio: It's essentially an effect called Panning, "8D" is really just a slang, nothing out of this world. This is an effect where the audio source basically goes from left to right consistently in the earbuds/headphones being worn. In a digital audio work station (music production program) it's quite a simple audio effect to execute and apply to all kinds of sounds. In a video editing program I suspect it's a little bit more complicated, depending on the program of course. All kinds of music genres use Panning shots, and apparently ASMR does as well now, with its own slang "8D". I suspect that it was picked because essentially the audio feels like it's going all over the place in your ears. Very nice video! Sleep well y'all.

Serious warning: When listening to 8D music or audio can be dangerous. It makes your brain think there is more space in your head then there really is, to prevent problems, try not to move too much as it can cause you to collapse or pass out. This shouldn’t be a problem as she was careful not to make you dizzy from fast audio. 😊
I'm pretty sure this is a joke, but in the event it's not, that's not how the brain works at all. There's no way for the brain to think there's "more space in your head than there really is", and hearing sounds go in a circle around your head certainly doesn't do anything, and especially not passing out. If humans collapsed or passed out from hearing things circling them, we'd die every time a predator was stalking us. Which obviously isn't great for evolution.

If we traveled farther into space, we would soon realize that we need new physics to explain phenomena that happens. I believe it’s actually 8 directional. Dimensions greater then 3D are possible, however we are unable to perceive them(without additional help). They are actually many scientific theories about other dimensions that are very interesting.

I believe it’s actually 8 directional. Dimensions greater then 3D are possible, however we are unable to perceive them(without additional help). They are actually many scientific theories about other dimensions that are very interesting.
I went stand up paddle boarding for the first time today and now I'm really tired, this is gonna be great to fall asleep to!
