I just love you Elizabeth, without knowing, I’ve been buying your stencil designs from Joggles for quite awhile. I’m learning so much and feeling so inspired watching you! Thank you!
Dear Vikki, you have made the end of my day bright and beautiful! thank you kindly for such a wonderful comment and kind words. I am so glad you are inspired by my videos and thank you for taking the time to say so. :) xoxoxo
Greetings from Southern California! I also have been getting your stencils for a while now. Superior designs and appreciate the tutorials. Very clear and doable. I even have the stencils you're using in this one. Just ordered the rice paper. Thanks and hope you are safe from all our fires😞😍
Hi Elizabeth, I have just received a heap of your wonderful stencils from Joggles after waiting very impatiently for a couple of weeks for them to arrive (I live in Australia). I have been watching lots of your RUclips videos so I can’t wait to try some of your great ideas! I’ve only just discovered you, and I LOVE 💕 your wonderful art! Thank you for sharing your videos on RUclips, they are so inspiring. Keep up the great work and stay well. Karene xx
Karene I didn't know that they would ship to you in Australia, that's so awesome!!!! I hope you have great results and a GREAT TIME playing with them. Welcome, I'm glad you found me. Stay safe and enjoy playing with the stencils. Stay tuned for more videos on how to use them. xoxoxox
Great video. In a future video, can you talk more about your design process for the stencils, masks, and stamps? For example, why create the seed pod design as a stamp rhther than as a stencil? In a related vein, could you talk abput the pros and cons of using stamps versus stencils or masks?
Thank you!! So glad I just found you!! I've ordered some of your Klimt masks and stencils to use together. I love making cards too! I love your layering technique!!! It so resonates with me and my style!! I registered for an open studio art class and can't wait to start to make some holiday cards. I'm so excited!! Thank you!! I also ordered a couple of your foam stamps. Love your glasses!! I have a pair of those also ! 😂😍
Did you notice, when you used the seed pod stamp on the gelplate, that you smeared it slightly, which gave a beautiful pattern? You used the stamp, then, but maybe could have printed off the gelplate, too.
Another lovely video with excellent teaching. I wish it would have come out earlier so I'd have time to make a few and get them in the mail in time for Christmas. Thanks!
Thank you so much Elizabeth, I really really love ❤️ those notecards. They’re really really stunning and gorgeous too. It gives us lots of scope for our Gelli prints. Please stay safe and well too xxx Mags
thanks Mags! you can swap out the colors and use them all year long! Try valentines, get a jump in things. :) I appreciate your kind words. Gel printing is so much fun.
Oh gosh they just must not be showing up here, or I had a lucky day! I do get fingerprints and marks on the insides of my cards but I don’t worry about it
I didn’t know some of the plate care instructions either even tho I’ve had plates for some time - thank you! Love you and your work. I’m not finding the cards on your Amazon page...
You are always so inspiring! I love how these turned out. I typically use most of my Gel Press prints on cards. And that acetate that gets thrown away? I use it to make shaker cards so there's no waste.
I love making cards, and I’m sure that your friends and family really appreciate receiving them. I think it’s fantastic that you found a use for the mylar sheets!
it's called blooming, it's when you have a brand new gel plate, it's letting a little bit of the oil come out. It goes away once the plate is "seasoned" and a little bit dirty.
@@EsteeDarla for some reason I had thought I explained it early on but I now see that I must have edited it out. LOL Im sorry about that. Im' glad you are inspired by the channel! I am sure there is a way to give a similar effect. maybe try experimenting with a spritz of water. ?
Thanks for this tutorial! I'm hoping to make holiday cards and am wondering what card stock/envelopes you use? I didn't see the Amazon link for this item.
Hi Bonnie, I’m not sure how to tell you how to find them but they are there. Depending on if you are looking on a phone, or an iPad, or a desktop, look for a down arrow underneath the video
you are the queen of composition

Often I do print off of the gel plate as well when I am stamping. It does make a great pattern!

I’m not sure! I think they might ship to you. Check out Joggles.com and ask!
why does it leave speckles like it's not picking the paint up?
