    *** My channel is about what I'm interested in and working on! Here are the TL;DR
    A. Garage Gym
    B. Health
    C. Wellness
    D. Personal Finance
    E. Organization/Planning
    F. Tech
    G. Woodworking
    Summary:
    I have always loved sharing my experiences with anything I've found practical, helpful, or useful in my daily life. I decided to make RUclips videos starting with my journey building out my garage gym, creating garage gym equipment reviews, and appliance product reviews for the gym. I didn't want to be limited to just the garage gym for content though, so new content will include real life health topics, like my experience tracking macros, nutrition/foods that I eat and don't eat, losing weight, monitoring blood pressure, asthma, and more. I'm a big believer in wellness and structure; they have helped me organize and balance life out over the years. This channel is really about what's going on my life.

    It doesn't work below a certain temperature. So if you are below 30 degrees Fahrenheit or so, it won't work. I kept my front room area warm with the thermostat set at around 74 degrees till about 50 degrees outside, then I did have to turn it up to 75 to get it warm again. it's a fair sized room. If you have a large area I would recommend two, one at each end of the room. Especially for super cold nights.

    Hi! Happy Holidays Matt, Can you please confirm how much your electricity bill went up when using this heating unit after the 30 days? Much appreciated .😃

      It'll pull 1500 watts when you run it, just look at your electrical bill to see how much you pay per KWH to calculate what you'll pay.

    I bought this and it couldn't even heat up my upstairs apartment in my garage. Only like 12x12 room. Returning it. Literally had it running for at least 2 hrs and it wouldn't even go past 55 degrees.

      "upstairs apartment in my garage. Only like 12x12 room." please explain this is confusing.

      BTU requirements are dependent on you climate zone. If using above the frost belt "only a 12x12 room" is still exceeding it's capabilities.
      Not the machine's fault, it's thermodynamics. Most likely you'll need a 220V device. Even this should be on it's own dedicated circuit.

      @maxreiter2831 what's hard to understand that there is a room upstairs in my detached garage that yes is an apartment but has a separate room that is 12x12. Are you fucking retarded?

    I work out in my insulated garage as well. Live in south central Pennsylvania. Only two questions that I need answers to. How fast would it take to heat up garage I just want it to be at 60 degrees which I think it’s not bad considering I have been working out when it’s 30 degrees outside and how high would it run up my electric bill. I only work out for 1 hr but I just want to preheat at least 30 minutes prior to working out. Thanks for the reply hope it’s quick because winters here and I need some feedback

      Garage is 20 x 20

    • @mattbradyfitness
      @mattbradyfitness  Год назад

      it depends on how good the insulation is and air gaps. I would preheat for 3-4 hours then workout temps iirc were maybe high 30s and would get to mid to high 50s. I would sweat if that helps. no idea on electric never looked at it didn’t wanna know lol but if it was expensive, I’m sure my wife would’ve told me to turn it off lol. like I tell everybody else just try it out and see what happens. Don’t listen to anybody else cause everyone’s setup is different.

    What do you think of the possibility of using two of these units to heat a garage gym? (Two car garage)

    • @mattbradyfitness
      @mattbradyfitness  2 года назад +1

      Really depends on multiple variables..insulation, air gaps etc..best to try em out and return if they don't work out.

      Use seperate circuits

    • @farstrider79
      @farstrider79 8 месяцев назад

      Consider getting a 240v heater, they're more efficient than 2 separate 120v heaters.

    Do you think this would work in a 250 sq ft room that is completely insulated?

    • @mattbradyfitness
      @mattbradyfitness  Год назад +1

      yes

    • @SerenoOunce
      @SerenoOunce Год назад +1

      It's rated for a 150 sq.ft. room (750-1000 sq.ft. if supplemental). If well insulated it may work but really pushing it's limits depending on your climate area.
