St David's Bonda Special Day

We witnessed a glorious occasion at St David's Bonda High School, the jewel continues to shine in all areas. The event went on well with the blessing and dedication of a new dormitory, greenhouse and minibus. The event also had the commissioning of new prefects, JCC leadership and members of the Mothers Union. The Bishop welcomed the new leaders and championed them to be good leaders who in turn nurture other leaders to succeed them. The School is the first in the Diocese to be successfully implementing the education plan of the Diocese which champions development. We saw a viable project being undertaken of tomatoes being grown organically in a greenhouse, with plans to supply the school and community in turn generating income for the school. The Bishop gave gratitude to the students, board of governors, S.D.C, school authorities and community for the support and hard work. The school has a saying that goes "the only school" and indeed it is proven by these continuous developments. Well done St David's.
