The decorations are probably a one time thing, I made that cover and those decorations a long time ago, and I actually uploaded it a while back but took it down, and I've since remastered and reuploaded it.
I just don't have the time anymore to worry about decorations, unfortunately, so sorry to disappoint in that regard. Also, the Carol of the Bells cover being as small as it is helped with having room for the decorations.
