Thank you, Ashley. I always learn a lot when you do demos. Since I started watching you, DIME has become my favorite and go to software for even my simple drawings.
Thank you Ashley for the wonderful explanation of Cut n Stitch. You do such informative videos and cover so much information! Loving my dime software!!
Thank you Ashley, I do have a question. I only have WAS and really like it but on the applique fonts there is no way to save to svg. And I saw that Cut-n-Stitch can save cut files.. If I got Cut-n-Stitch would that feature carry over to WAS or is that only feature only accessible in Cut-n-Stitch? Thank you!
Yes, Cut n Stitch has the ability to save to SVG. Yes, when you own cut n stitch and Word Art in Stitches together, their features would be combined in Embroidery Tool Shed. You would then be able to save the SVG file of your applique designs and applique fonts. 😊
Yes, if two applique objects overlap, the software will automatically remove the finishing stitch of the appliqué that is underneath. This happens when you save as your machine format.

Thank you for this tutorial. Question: Is there a blanket stitch in the options? Thanks
Yes, dime calls it E-stitch. Same as blanket stitch.
Great tutorial! Thank you for going slower and the repetitive demo of each action! Brava! 😊

HiAshley. Will the software remove hidden stitches with layered applique deaigns? Thanks
Yes, if two applique objects overlap, the software will automatically remove the finishing stitch of the appliqué that is underneath. This happens when you save as your machine format.
Thanks Ashley. Hopefully more lessons on this soon
with Cut n Stitch, will it provide a .pes to put on a stick for my Brother SE2000 machine?
does the blanket stitch get weird on holes l8ke in letter B
If the direction of the stitch is incorrect, look over in the properties for an option called “adjust holes”. That will reverse the direction.
