So nice that you do not have music to compete with your voice instructions! Good simple direction. 👍
Thank you for the free pattern. I'll make several for my upcoming grandson ❤️
I always say that I forget more than I know and learning something new is always welcome! Thanks for the tip on not cutting the fleece. Awesome idea. Thanks!
Cold in Kentucky today, I was going to clean the house, but now I'm going to the sewing room to make burp cloths lol. Thanks for sharing
Your videos are always so clear and are at just the right pace. I have used many of them. Your added money-saving tips are great. If I buy a towel to use for this project, I will make sure it is 100% cotton. Thanks. Please keep these helpful videos coming!
So glad you did this video. I get so confused what to use material wise. Some say flannel. Some cotton. Some fleece. Love how these turned out. Thanks for the template
Thank you for the pattern, its very simple. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much these instructions was easy to follow. I made one in no time using this video. thank you
Fantastic! I'm a novice with sewing. You are inspiring! 😊
Not cutting the back is the greatest tip ever. Who knew😀
Thank you for you tutorial. Great ideal about using buying a towel for the backing! I am going to make some of these today!
Love all of your videos! Thank You for sharing your talents!!
Thank you. I’m not familiar with that program, but I will look it up. My hairdresser is having a baby, and I would love to make her some of those. So cute. Great video.
Love this thanks!
Nice lesson
Lorrie these are so cute I'm going to make them as gifts and do embroidery on them as well.
Love all your projects😃
Can’t wait to get started on them😃
Thanks, I love this. I just need to find the best place to buy my own labels?
Awesome video love your tutorials 😊 thank you for making and sharing your burp pattern!
Great tutorial and thanks for the free download pattern.
Love the video. It has been a long time since I’ve made burp cloths lol. I have use good quality diapers and flannel. I usually embroidered on the lower from so baby’s face wouldn’t get scratched. It looks better in the middle though. Do you really like the Glow Forge? I can think of so many thinks to cut out, but didn’t think about the sewing pattern. That is really great.
I would love to buy a template from you.
where did you find the rotary cutter that turns. great video
Did you make the tags or do you get them made? thanks love the video
Thank you 😊
Very cute! Did you precast the fabric in case it shrinks or did you already allow for that? Thanks.
I did prewash the flannel fabric (I didn’t precast the cotton) before i embroidered it since it’s flannel and will likely shrink a lot.
@@LorrieNunemaker That is what I thought...thanks!
Love the video. Did you cut the template? If yes what did you use to cut and the thickness of the acrylic
I have a Glowforge laser cutter. It’s 1/4” thick
Where did you get the embroidered fonts for burp cloth?
I am having trouble downloading the pattern to my iPad using safari. Any ideas about what I am doing wrong?
Where can I buy the acrylic template from please ? Thank you
You can download the free pattern. Then go to Dollar Tree and buy the package of two plastic kitchen cutting mats. Use one of those to make your template.
I don’t sell the templates but I do give you the free download pdf
How did you embroider the dots around your monogram?
I don’t understand the question. The machine embroidered them
@@LorrieNunemaker I know the machine embroidered them. I have a Husqvarna Viking. What I’m asking is, if purchased the design with the monogram in the middle surrounded by the dots or did you put in the letter and then add the dots using Encore (a program in Viking that lets you take an object and then make a border out of it by repeating the object in a pattern) or use some other method?
@@delphinepiaskowski2784 sorry. I wasn’t sure what you were asking. I created the design in Chroma Luxe
Would you sell an acrylic template?
I would buy one. I always cut into my patterns.
I don’t sell the templates. I simply do t have the time to cut, pack and ship things in addition to my full time job and RUclips job. I would rather spend my free time making tutorials. The free download can be cut from a variety of materials you can use as a template though
@@LorrieNunemaker thanks. I found a local place called TAP that cuts patterns into acrylic sheets and very Reasonable priced.
@@GluePaperScissors that’s awesome. Just be careful because legally they can’t do that with someone’s copyright pattern without their permission
@@LorrieNunemaker Oh bummer I didn’t even think of that. I’ll stick with my dollar store mats LOL
What does your tag say
Ace & Evie. It’s a tag I use on baby things.
The thing with the fleece is that it is not absorbent. Have you ever had a baby burp and then it just rolls right down the cloth and off on you? So aggravating. A little pocket sewn can help if you use a fabric that is not very absorbent.
The fleece is only on the side that lays against your body. The outside is absorbant flannel. As stated in the video you can do whatever you like as far as fabric choices.
