I lived on 2 ships and most guests were lovely but certain aspects of life at sea are a nightmare !!

Dont these ppl know that they're gonna slam them and probably spit in their food? I never, never insult, be rude, or obnoxious to the ppl who handle my food. Not even fast food. McDonald's workers throws food at me. I say thank and leave.
Oh man! You should sue over that kind of thing...that's just so very WRONG! Especially in this day and age! 😳🫣😤 Someone was extremely rude to me at a fast-food...food was cold...I just ask for a refund and go somewhere else because I just don't trust those people after watching so many videos of what they do to people's food...but it's a HUGE health department violation...HUGE!

I love people like this, my ‘super perfect smile nice face and voice’ will be there all the time! ;) I always have to handle the touch clients at my job. How more obnoxious they are, the sweeter I get. It makes me happy knowing I’m a strong confident woman and they are just full of hate and not being happy at all. It’s enough for me 😊

Brought valium onboard without a prescription and also weed...could have got the yacht confiscated by coast guard, Capt. Sandy could've lost her captain's license, charter's canceled and more! Hannah did it to herself...she's moved on...has married and has a sweet baby girl...she's content.
I would have throw them over board, or maybe isolated them to their cabins. Yacht covid maybe. But would of got my crew off first. Ha ha

All this friction, distastefull treatment of other less privelaged people onboard which then of course generates crew unhappiness is sounding the death knell for private yacht chartering unfortunately.

I guess im more like hannah. I dont blame her. Some people will just get in your nerves and your smile will just disappear. I’ve had a guest tell me to smile (the night was chaotic busy, people being rude and disrespectful) so i have him a creepy smile while making his drink. Are we suppose to smile ALL the time, that’d be creepy right?

I find this show very encouraging...because its clear from this show that if the dumbest, rudest people in the world can make a lot of money...

I agree these guests were annoying but Hannah had a problem with almost every single charter guest. She honestly thought she was better than everyone. I was so happy to see her quit / get fired!! I would hate to have that condescending looks if I just charted a boat for that much money.

Disagree, it’s not like a waitress who has to bare 10 drunk idiots for an hour. She has to deal with them being drunk assholes for days on a boat. They were awful and most people would have thrown them off the boat. She just showed her annoyance.
@@theredditshow8951 I am speaking by experience ... 8 solid years of constant sailing, mostly charter yacht's with all kind of clients, world famous and a lot of unknown divas but I never showed my feelings because it's unprofessional, there is a captain on the boat who will take care of inappropriate or disrespectful guests

If you think her showing an ounce of irritation after dealing with these pieces of shit for hours at a time, isn’t the slightest bit understandable then you’re part of the problem. We need to stop dehumanizing service workers and be more than thankful for them working in these trying times. Being professional is one thing. These aren’t small children who don’t know any better. These are grown adults treating other grown adults like garbage simply because they can. Don’t give me some billshit that you’ve done something similar for 8 years blah blah blah. Get the fuck over yourself and stop excusing horseshit behavior due to “professionalism”. By doing that you are 100% part of the problem. Do better. Think better. Treat better.
