In very simple way we can say useContext pass the data through one component to another without any tree hierarchy ,it eliminates props drilling which is very complex in large project.. this hook work similarly as context api but it has minimal code (no provider consumer concept)
Where as useReducer hook change the state of the page similarly like useState hook but it is more efficient in large projects , eg: counter
