The real tips I needed: 1) DRY your strawberries first, or the water will mess up the chocolate. 2) Fix "curdled" or overheated chocolate by dumping in a teaspoon of vegetable oil. I can't believe that fixed it, but it did.

Melt 1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil with the chocolate. You can thank me later.
