I was a Cop for 30 years, did a lot of work with youngsters and the pleasure I got from steering and coaching them, helping them, gaining their trust, it crossed all social boundaries. Old school here, call a spade a spade and always treat everyone how I wanted to be treat. Too many folk get written off as trouble makers, when underneath their outer shell there is a canny kid. You will know what I mean. Nobody takes the time to get to know them, Still knobs about dont get me wrong, but many arent as bad as they are made out to be. The old boy didn’t have a right to stop veitch, fair enough, but old ones die from bad falls. Compare that to how billy dealt with the old martial artist in Liverpool. Obviously it was the same dog and walker because of the place, time and size of the poo. 💩😂Anyway one morning my mum caught the dog pooing with its owner standing there watching it. My mum ran outside and ordered her to “pick it up”. Which she did and apologised. You didn’t want to get on the wrong side of Joan. 😂😂. Anyway no more dog poo was found outside again. It would get me down if I kept seeing rubbish tipped near my home. Have you spoken to the council? Put a “no fly tipping” sign up, have CCTV cameras around so you can see what is happening? There’s a small playground not far from my house and there’s a bin near it on the pavement, dog walkers are throwing all the poop bags in it. It absolutely stinks when you walk pass especially on a hot day. It’s especially unhygienic when young kids are playing in the area. I’ve reported it to council a couple of times that it needs emptying more often. 🤮🤮 xx

I actually think Charlie has a point, in general we've been too soft as a society hence the mess we are in but that being said there should be better systems in place to help those struggling who genuinely want to rebuild their lives as not everyone on drugs etc is bad, far from it, there are however those that just don't care and enjoy causing bother and don't want to accept any help and they shouldn't be allowed to ruin other people's lives.
On balance, I do agree with you, in my 23 years living in Manchester as an older and conservative-minded Irish gay man who has worked in supermarket retailing for 30 years, both here in the U.K. and in my native Ireland - I was last home to family in Rural Ireland in October 2022 and Dublin in particular is a total mess now, compared to what it used to be like when I used to live there for 3 years
I believe it is not down to "US" as a society, I believe it is all by design.. Spent around 3-4 years around manchester helping out with the homeless along with many other issues. The council simply made the problems worse pretty much all the time.

I will always inform a member of the public if I see they have been stopped by these people. The council don't give a toss about littering. You’re partially incorrect. You’re right in saying council offers have no power to detain you or obtain details other than simply asking. However the police certainly can stop you, and can certainly require you to provide your details to be reported for the offence of littering, should you refuse you could be liable to arrest in order to have those details obtained. In reality this is most probably a rare occasion however the police can deal with the matter, contrary to what you’ve said.

Really interesting insights into our UK cities & the reality of the struggles that far too many experience, having been completely failed by the State. Looking glass was with other RUclipsrs filming the riots, he was a witness to two men being seriously injured by men from the mosque, the same men told to put the weapons back in the mosque. Then they were chased and Aaron was in tears with fear. Then that night or maybe the next he got drunk and went to a migrant hotel and was shouting. I saw the video and he was wrong for going drunk but I think he needed help not prison.

Hello I'm Paul, from Burnley my old man was on the gear for Forty years exactly died at 72 still on the brown & white I supported him though the entire 40 years. Trying everything I could to get him clean. It left me with complex PTSD. Which after 2 years of CBT and 5 years of intensive psychotherapy and 2 rounds of EMDR Have addressed my issues regarding my fathers addiction. I just want to say addiction is routed in trauma not poverty and because your a druggy. I really appreciate your video's and the insight you have to the problem, the way you treat people whilst interviewing them. The world is not an easy place, often we are ridiculed by those who either don't understand the problem or have not experienced it themselves. My advice if I may be so bold would be mental health services. I know this is almost impossible but by continuing on the path of addiction is only attempting to solve the symptoms rather than the underlying causes. Try camping in the mental health reception for a couple of days that's what I had to do..... And get into a program.... Love and hugs best wishes Paul. ❤️❤️❤️☮️😇

Obviously it was the same dog and walker because of the place, time and size of the poo. 💩😂Anyway one morning my mum caught the dog pooing with its owner standing there watching it. My mum ran outside and ordered her to “pick it up”. Which she did and apologised. You didn’t want to get on the wrong side of Joan. 😂😂. Anyway no more dog poo was found outside again. It would get me down if I kept seeing rubbish tipped near my home. Have you spoken to the council? Put a “no fly tipping” sign up, have CCTV cameras around so you can see what is happening?
There’s a small playground not far from my house and there’s a bin near it on the pavement, dog walkers are throwing all the poop bags in it. It absolutely stinks when you walk pass especially on a hot day. It’s especially unhygienic when young kids are playing in the area. I’ve reported it to council a couple of times that it needs emptying more often. 🤮🤮 xx

I actually think Charlie has a point, in general we've been too soft as a society hence the mess we are in but that being said there should be better systems in place to help those struggling who genuinely want to rebuild their lives as not everyone on drugs etc is bad, far from it, there are however those that just don't care and enjoy causing bother and don't want to accept any help and they shouldn't be allowed to ruin other people's lives.
On balance, I do agree with you, in my 23 years living in Manchester as an older and conservative-minded Irish gay man who has worked in supermarket retailing for 30 years, both here in the U.K. and in my native Ireland - I was last home to family in Rural Ireland in October 2022 and Dublin in particular is a total mess now, compared to what it used to be like when I used to live there for 3 years

Spent around 3-4 years around manchester helping out with the homeless along with many other issues. The council simply made the problems worse pretty much all the time.

You’re right in saying council offers have no power to detain you or obtain details other than simply asking.
However the police certainly can stop you, and can certainly require you to provide your details to be reported for the offence of littering, should you refuse you could be liable to arrest in order to have those details obtained.
In reality this is most probably a rare occasion however the police can deal with the matter, contrary to what you’ve said.

Hello I'm Paul, from Burnley my old man was on the gear for Forty years exactly died at 72 still on the brown & white I supported him though the entire 40 years. Trying everything I could to get him clean. It left me with complex PTSD. Which after 2 years of CBT and 5 years of intensive psychotherapy and 2 rounds of EMDR Have addressed my issues regarding my fathers addiction. I just want to say addiction is routed in trauma not poverty and because your a druggy. I really appreciate your video's and the insight you have to the problem, the way you treat people whilst interviewing them. The world is not an easy place, often we are ridiculed by those who either don't understand the problem or have not experienced it themselves. My advice if I may be so bold would be mental health services. I know this is almost impossible but by continuing on the path of addiction is only attempting to solve the symptoms rather than the underlying causes. Try camping in the mental health reception for a couple of days that's what I had to do..... And get into a program.... Love and hugs best wishes Paul. ❤️❤️❤️☮️😇
