Take a person’s life, be prepared to have your life stripped away from you. Don’t cry like you didn’t know any of this wouldn’t happen.
I mean u can cry all u like but it's not going to change ur sentence 😂
What more do you want from the man? He’s going to prison. He can cry scream laugh. Who caressssss!!! Move on
I totally agree with you
Not that it changes the verdict but teens, in fact, often are mentally unable to process or consider consequences. Which is why it is illegal for them to get tattoos, carry a weapon, etc.
Only sorry he was caught & convicted.
Murder should not be eligible for parole or any kind of early release for good behavior
But but look at how white and young he is
It’s not a given he’ll be paroled though
@@StayStrongForever2323 A lot of things have to be considered before one gets paroled.
25 years is a long time for one to change anyway.
For parole they look at things such as infractions, behavior etc
Prison time shouldn’t be more than 15-20 years max. More than that is just cruel and unnecessery. USA should adopt the same criminal justice system as in EU.
He killed her over a bad GRADE ????? Are you kidding me ??!!!!!! Now life in prison !!!! I bet you that bad grade doesn't look so bad now ??!!! Unbelievable !!!! I feel for her and her family .
Entitlement. This is it, distilled down to its essence.

"I'm so sorry (I got caught)"
"I'm so sorry (to only my family and not the victim's family)"
"I'm so sorry (to myself only for being sentenced in prison)
Narcisist.
Those were my thoughts also...
It’s his culture he was a Pilar of his community he from the privileged class
I like your comment. Perhaps these lawyers should have pre-prepared texts with the standard waffle about apologising, and hand them to their clients and ask which they would prefer to read out. They are so similar, so there wouldn't be much choice.
He's only sorry because he is being held accountable.
Life should have been LIFE….He ended the victim’s life, his should end as well with no chance of parole.
R.I.P. to her, condolences to her family 🙏🏽
Totally agree, no parole.
His bad grades were due to him, not the teacher
Agreed.
We can't do that because we have a drug war going on.
Rich parents that were higher up in the Maharishi cult definitely had something to do with that.
💛
He killed her over a bad GRADE ????? Are you kidding me ??!!
It’s his culture he was a Pilar of his community he from the privileged class
Not kidding. This woman's life was ended because her student earned a bad grade.
You take a life you lose yours granted it’s not self defense. End of story.
He's a danger to society!! If he killed for this reason and someone who loved him and was nothing but kind to him, just think what he's capable of IF he's paroled in 25 yrs.. Someone is going to have to pay for him being caught, found guilty and put in prison!!! This is certainly NOT the end of this criminal's story!!!
You say that as if you can tell the future. Rehabilitation works and thats a fact, no matter how much you try and deny it. The statistics dont lie.
@@MrBa143so everyone who gets out of prison is rehabilitated and never recommit?
@@user-wn8oe1yy4c No, and i am not sure that is what i wrote in my comment.
We have 2a in this country. Things will take care of themselves in time. People tend to forget that for some reason.
No it isn't. He is a major threat to society.
I had no idea she was nearly 70. Man thats awful. These kids messed up bad, man. Hard consequences.
She was 66, near retirement age
Can’t do the Time, don’t do the Crime.
Does her age really matter?
@@JonLundgrenCatchphrases are easier than critical thought or nuanced discussion. Developing teenage brains don’t tend to consider sentencing guidelines or plea deals hahah
@@nbrikhaWell, I mean, imagine living a life of service to kids in your community, and finally rounding the bend of retirement, the rest she deserved was instead stolen from her forever in a violent end by one of the very students she likely tried to help up to that point. A long, fruitful life with nothing really to show for it besides a tombstone and the broken hearts of all the people who loved her. Yeah, I'd say it matters.
If you want to think how ridiculous this is, he gave himself that grade. The teacher merely just added up his test scores. He gave himself that grade with his test scores and he killed her because she used a calculator. SMH
Source?
Kind of. Not everyone is talented at all subjects. His parents failed to teach him to accept reality, to handle disappointments, and to try again if it seems like a good idea after assessing the situation.
What?
It was the other person's grade that the 2 killed the teacher over, not his grade.
@@howardvenze9956
Well that makes it worse
Taking a Life should cost your life.
Clearly his Parents failed in his Upbringing without question...😔
No doubt. Signs of another spoiled kid
They were cult members, might have had something to do with their sons behavior
Is late for the crying champ. You ended someone's life, and now yours is over.
One of my teachers tried to sink my chances of going to college I had to eventually change teachers and went in to pass the same class easily with the new teacher. This psychopath killed someone for doing their job, what would he do in the future. We may have just saved the country from a future serial killer.
His Spanish teacher is probably the only person in his life who ever gave him consequences for his actions. He ended her life over a bad grade. She didn't "give" him that grade. He EARNED it. Now he's going to prison for at least the next 25 years.
25 years?? Mf shouldve gotten no parole
25 years only for murdering someone! What a joke in criminal justice system.
"Eligible for parole" doesn't necessarily mean that he will get out in 25 years. The facts of his case and his behavior in prison will be considered by the parole board at that time. Meanwhile, he's got to survive on the inside, so there's that.
Don’t say sorry now. ya killed somebody’s daughter, sister, mother, and teacher.
Why am I thinking this was a child that got anything he wanted from his parents 🤷♀️
It’s his culture he was a Pilar of his community he from the privileged class
Why is he crying???, the other person is dead ffs🤬
The victims family should not have to beg the court to do the right thing. He got off easy!
It’s his culture he was a Pilar of his community he from the privileged class
That bad grade won't look so bad once he steps through the prison gates. He'll quickly learn what the term boy toy means
And now you have at least 25 years of restless nights thinking about your actions. Upon your death you will meet a higher power to judge you once again.
I wouldn't worry about a higher power that can't even follow his own laws
This guy snuffed out the life of someone's mother. Someone's daughter. Someone's spouse and even grandmother because she did her job. She paid the price for his short comings as well as his inability to control his emotions. If this is how he reacts to a bad grade, imagine if a little kid made him drop his phone, or someone cuts in front of him in traffic. This is why emotional control is important and you don't just go into a flying rage everytime you're upset.

me 2 but new York just passed a law clearing those with criminal backgrounds. in Chicago juveniles won't get life sentences anymore. apparently it's ok now to commit unspeakable crimes like this🙄
It's scary how a person can commit such horrendous crime. Back in my college years in my 1st year I had two failed grades and didn't graduate on time but never even once thought of causing harm to my professors.
NO one cares if he "feels bad" He deserves to unalive in jail....
Don’t hurt innocent people, there are mental physical and even spiritual consequences.
Maybe I'm a horrible person, but I don't understand how all these people "forgive" this guy. I could never do it. I'd hate him until my dying breath.

Should be life in prison without the possibility of parole
That’s not possible in Iowa.
When a minor commits murder, the sentence cannot be without parole

@@WildlifeWarrior-cr1kk That’s not an option either, anyone under 18 is exempt from receiving the death penalty in all 50 states

I don't agree with it in this case, but the possibility of parole on a life sentence is required in Iowa when the defendant is a minor. Some states have that statute, some don't. Iowa does.

What a disgrace!!!
Good bye.
When absentee or undisciplined parents are too comfortable or best friends to their children this is one harsh example of how those children end up learning life lessons the hard way. They say it takes a village to raise a child, well we have the judicial system to raise them now since discipline at home and villages no longer exists. Due to greed, self centeredness and pressures to survive in a lopsided economy now make it every man woman and child for themselves.
Probably not the friend aspect. People often said that about me, but I didn't see it that way at all. My kids didn't get away with a thing. But I remembered Maria Montessori said she spoke to four year olds like adults, like people. There must be respect both ways.
