if you are doing weight training regularly - then 3-4 exercises of tabata would be too muhch if you do daily - so do 2-3 sessions of tabata 4-5 sessions of weights and little cardio daily

go for no flabs, tight look .. when that becomes the goal - u will work ideally at this point
