      if you are training triceps after legs - u may really not give it even 50% i would always keep legs separate

    Hi sir, for almost past two years, i been doing weightloss. For past four months i reduced from 87 to 82 kgs, but I'm not able to go below 82. Even I'm doing cardio like walking around 15k steps a day, but no change in weight. What should i do sir ?

      weight is a wrong measure
      go for no flabs, tight look .. when that becomes the goal - u will work ideally at this point

      you may lose muscle is HIIT
      the chances of losing musle consideiably lower with low intensity cardio

      if you are doing weight training regularly - then 3-4 exercises of tabata would be too muhch if you do daily - so do 2-3 sessions of tabata
      4-5 sessions of weights
      and little cardio daily

    im underweight skinny .but have lowerbelly fat and sidebelly fat. im going to gym for 2 months but not doing weightlifting. only doing dumbell, cable and specific muscle machine exercise. im doing abdomen and plank daily also . one thing is i cant have a diet because i need to gain weight as well as make my body fit. im having daily biryani for lunch since im staying alone . without strict diet is there any way i can reduce my lower and side belly fat? i can do push up pull up and crunch easily.

      that measns your stomach is torin in center and split up due to wight gain or pregnancy
      do more core setting exercises regularly like planks , glute bridge etc
      once your stomach does not pain during these exercises u can do direct ab exercises
      like leg raise, sit ups etc

    Hi master, I'm going to gym that time my weight is 110kg December 2022, general trainer in gym told me do jumping squat, on that time master I have my right side hip pain
    The next time I never had to take any Trainer in my gym advice
    So I should create my plan on push pull leg series of workout
    That time I don't have enough time to do with cardio workout but my weight loss is processing now I'm at 102kg master I don't take my diet I just focus on my calorie deficit
    Also master I have a trouble on posture of doing a workout then I search your channel and some other channel to watch and follow the techniques
    Master I have a doubt master if I doing how many rep should require 8to12 reps hack squat , leg extension,leg curl ,triceps

    In the evening i do weight training for 45mins to 1hr.. and i go to gym and back to home by walking.. it takes 30mins up and down
