Thank you Thomas for your comment and appreciate your support of the channel. Orangewood Ranch is located on Orangewood Ave. between Glendale Ave. and Northern just east of 83rd Ave. It's about 1.5 miles East of the Westgate District and State Farm Stadium. Hope this helps! Are you familiar with the area? Where do you live now?

Beautiful but it is unacceptable for a 600k house( base, can easily get over 700k) to not have a pool on this heat of Phoenix. For 700k you should at least get a pool. And no, it's not the same with a community pool. You cannot have a cocktail on a Saturday evening with friends by the pool, listening to your music, at the community pool

Thank you Adrian for your feedback and appreciate your comments. Nice to hear from you again. Because of the close proximity to State Farm Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District, and all the new development in the area prices have definitely gone up and will probably continue to rise especially when the new Vai Resort opens in 2024, and the same for the Mattel Adventure Park. There is no community pool, but the lots are large enough to accommodate a pool...like your style!🥂

Hello, you did not mention the lot sizes. Could you let me know the average lot size? Also, for the home you previewed in video, what would be the cost of that home as it has upgrades? Thanks for the info and appreciate all your detailed information on Phoenix’s metro area!

@@treseurib4061 you are right, I realized it after it came out. The lots are about 9,800 sq. ft. - roughly 80x122. The first model base is about 600k plus average upgrades would be around $670k. That’s an average on what people have been spending. Thank you for pointing that out. Hope this helps. Where are you living now? Appreciate your feedback and thank you for your support.

@@PHOENIXAZLIVING thank you for the info. I currently am living in Indiana and I am going to be in Phoenix for possibly Jan and Feb. If I like it, I will then look for a home. I have been dealing with Exp realty. Thank you again, I will look into this area.
